5.9.1 Bypass Recall

The Bypass Recall feature enables you to bypass the same zones

that were bypassed previously at the touch of a key.

How do I bypass a zone?

1) Enter your [

ACCESS CODE]. Your keypad will emit a Confirmation

Beep and the A

CCESS action light will flash.

2) Press the [

BYP] key. The PRG action light will illuminate and the

YP action light will flash.

3) Enter the two-digit number(s) of the zone(s) you want to bypass

and the corresponding number(s) will illuminate. If a zone’s

number is illuminated and you reenter its number, the zone will

unbypass and the number will extinguish.

If a zone’s number does not illuminate and your keypad emits a

Rejection Beep, the zone may not have the Bypass feature accessible.

4) Press the [

ENTER] key to save and exit. The BYP action light will

remain illuminated to indicate that zones are bypassed.

How do I activate Bypass Recall?

1) Enter your [

ACCESS CODE]. Your keypad will emit Confirmation

Beep and the A

CCESS action light will flash.

2) Press the [

BYP] key. Your keypad will emit a Confirmation Beep and

the P

RG action light will illuminate. The BYP action light will also flash.

3) Press the [

MEM] key. All zones (numerical lights) bypassed during the

last time the system was armed will illuminate and will be bypassed.

4) If you wish, reenter the zone’s number to change a bypassed

zone to an unbypassed zone and vice versa.

5) Press the [

ENTER] key to exit.
